Accessibility in XR: Shaping Inclusive Immersive Experiences Together

Virtual and Augmented Reality offer countless possibilities for better Accessibility – but how do these features find their way into my software?

Whether you have experience with accessible XR solutions or simply want to learn more about the needs and opportunities – join us and support us in making the future of XR accessible for all!

About us

We are working on solutions in the InclusiveVR@Work project to enable people with and without visual impairments to work together in virtual reality (VR) without accessibility restraints.

Our aim is to make it possible to adapt one's own working environment to individual needs and, at the same time to work together on the same content in VR.

InclusiveVR@Work is a collaborative project between ACCESS@KIT and the Fraunhofer Institute of Optronics, System Technologies and Image Exploitation (IOSB).
